Thank you for purchasing lift/elevator at hexalifts
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to hexalifts.in.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to hexalifts.in, accessible from https://hexalifts.in/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days with giving any justifed reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In case the elevator / escalator installation job is stopped for more than 4 weeks in between due to any reasons not attributable to Hexalifts, including unavailability of power supply etc., remobilization charges of 5% of total Contract Value per elevator / escalator will be charged additional over the Contract Value, whenever Hexalifts is asked to restart the job. This would need to be paid upfront before Hexalifts restarts any site activity. Hexalifts would be entitled for four weeks’ time to remobilize and restart the work. In case, if the material is in a non-workable condition or pilferage, reconditioning or replacement cost shall be to the Customer’s account.
The customer cannot claim ownership of any materials until full payment is made.
Hexalifts has the right to reclaim materials at the customer's cost.
These cancellation charges are non-refundable and meant to cover production, logistics, and administration costs already incurred.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In order for the Lift Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
